SYNOPSIS With the king's death, Queen Heon-ae becomes the queen mother. Young Heon-ae misses Wang-uk whom she loved before rising to the throne. Wang-uk, however, is indifferent towards her. She calls a blind court page instead of him to spend nights. Wang-uk loves Heon-ae's sister princess Heon-jeong, and they flee to the country. When the queen comes to know of this, she has Wang-uk arrested and tortured, but the only one he loves is Heon-jeong.
